Le 8 juin c’était l’AG, tu y étais ?

C’était l’AG de la fédération. Cette année c’était dans les nouveaux locaux du centre social et culturel du Petit Colombes.
C’était un magnifique espace, climatisé, et justement il faisait chaud.
Il faut dire qu’on était nombreux encore cette année ; près de 70. La moitié des centres étaient représentés, salariés, bénévoles, élus, et nos partenaires nous ont fait l’honneur d’être là aussi : la CAF 92, l’Etat, le Conseil Départemental…

On a été accueillis, on a signé et pris nos papiers de couleur pour voter, on a pris les rapports et on a eu un cadeau : un livre sur les centre sociaux, pour le centre : Agir près de chez soi.

Les allocutions d’introduction de Mme Annie Debrenne – présidente de l’AVEC, de M. Rachid Chaker – adjoint au maire à la vie associative de Colombes et de M. Michel Brunot – président de la fédération ont été applaudies.

Après un petit jeu de présentation – l’équipe fédérale fait toujours ça ! – on s’est répartis par centre d’intérêt sur des tables thématiques pour parler ensemble de ce que la fédé avait fait. C’est l’occasion de rencontrer les collègues du réseau, découvrir des nouveaux, partager sur l’activité fédérale, trouver nos points d’entente ou de désaccords. Ça débat !

Ensuite, chaque groupe a fait un petit retour sur les différents sujets (Linguistique, Laïcité, Intergénérationnel, Accès aux droits/ numérique, Jeunesse, Participation) et fait des propositions ou ouvert des perspectives.

Après tous ces échanges, chacun a pu s’exprimer par votes sur les rapports.
Même sur le rapport financier qui lui a été présenté avec un diaporama bien pédagogique.
Tout est adopté ! pas à l’unanimité, il y avait débat, mais adopté !

Et puis après, on a rencontré les candidats au conseil d’administration. Ils s’étaient tous appliqués à rédiger leur motivations qui étaient affichées dans la salle. Il y avait 6 nouvelles candidatures (3 professionnels, 1 bénévole et 2 élus) et 4 renouvellements.
Tout le monde a été élu. On est content d’avoir maintenant un conseil d’administration de 22 membres !

Donc, tu as raté un temps fort du réseau si tu n’y étais pas.
Mais tu trouveras sur le site de la fédération les candidatures des nouveaux membres du conseil, et très bientôt le compte rendu de cette Assemblée.

Ne rates pas la date l’année prochaine ! Tu as ton mot à dire !
