Les priorités de financement pour l’année prochaine ont été adoptées par la Commission paritaire nationale emploi formation (CPNEF).
À travers celles-ci, les partenaires sociaux ont souhaité réaffirmer l’utilité des différents dispositifs financés sur les fonds conventionnels en réponse aux besoins des structures et des salariés de la branche. Les orientations et priorités de financement 2019 se situent donc dans la continuité de cette année et intègrent quelques nouveautés :

• les budgets conventionnels sont remplacés par une enveloppe conventionnelle mutualisée dédiée au financement d’actions de formation pour toutes les structures de la branche1. Précisons que dès la mise en place du système de solidarité financière, en faveur des entreprises de moins de 50 salariés, prévu par la loi « avenir professionnel», la CPNEF reverra les modalités d’accès à cette enveloppe.
• un financement exceptionnel pour les formations de préparation à la retraite est mis en place.
