Le texte qui suit relate l’expérience de 3 mois d’un collègue accueilli à la fédération dans le cadre d’un mécénat de compétences de fin de carrière.
Sa mission est double au sein du réseau :
 – Repérer et tester des outils collaboratifs pour constituer une boite à outils
 – Appuyer l’animation d’atelier d’inclusion numérique au centre social la Traverse à Nanterre
Son immersion dans les ateliers d’initiation informatique du centre social a contribué à le rendre observateur de pratiques avec le numérique. Il rend compte, comme un Candide, des mécanismes que les habitués du numérique que nous sommes ont intégré et automatisé dans leur pratiques, mais qui plongent les novices dans un désarroi et un combat quotidien.
Ce texte nous rend attentif et sensible.
