ELISFA (syndicat employeurs de la branche Alisfa, anciennement snaecso) rappelle que les entreprises ayant atteint l’effectif d’au moins 8 salariés équivalents temps plein (ETP) sur une moyenne de 12 mois consécutifs qui n’ont pas encore mis en place leur CSE seront bientôt en infraction. La Ministre du travail a récemment rappelé que la date butoir du 31 décembre 2019 ne serait pas reportée.
